Shipping

All orders of $25 or more (after any applicable coupons have been applied) qualify for FREE shipping.  There is a flat $3.95 shipping fee for any order less than $25.  When packing your order, we might split your items into multiple packages as smaller packages are eligible for faster shipping classes at a similar or sometimes lower rate than if we were to ship your items in one large package.

 

Manufacturer’s Defects

If you receive an item that has a manufacturer’s defect (i.e. broken snap, missed stitches, etc), you may either contact the manufacturer directly or you can contact us and we will be happy to assist you in arranging for a replacement item from the manufacturer.

 

Returns

We accept returns of unworn/unwashed/unused items within 30 days of purchase.  Items must be returned with all original packaging intact and be in NEW condition.  You will have the option to receive a refund via your original payment method or a store credit.  **Please note** Our free shipping on qualified orders is our way of saying Thank You to our customers.  We do not mark our prices up to cover our shipping fees.  Therefore, if you return an item that qualified for free shipping, you will receive a refund of your purchase price less the actual shipping fee we paid.

 

**NEW** BUM PLACEMENT

We have recently been receiving numerous requests for diapers to have specific “bum placement” of colors and/or patterns.  We want to do everything in our power to make our customers happy – so we will gladly do our best to accommodate these requests; HOWEVER, this is not always possible.  We do not have the ability to request certain bum placements when ordering from manufacturers – we simply get a random mix.  If your bum placement request is mandatory (i.e. you do not want the diaper unless it has the bum you are requesting), please DO NOT place your order until you have contacted us and confirmed we have the diaper you desire in stock.  Once you have confirmed we have the diaper you want, we will hold it for you for 12 hours to allow to you place your order.  If you do not place your order within 12 hours, the diaper will be placed back into general inventory.  During times of high sales volume (i.e. flash sales, new print release, etc), we are unable to hold specific diapers.  If your bum placement request is not mandatory, you may simply write your request in the Notes section of your order and we will do our best to accommodate it.  PLEASE NOTE:  Our inability to accommodate your request does not constitute an error on our part.  You are welcome to return the diaper under the Returns terms described above if you do not love it.
